Cynthia Pizzo works in Education Department and is the Coordinator of Field Experience, Multiple Subject, at Santa Clara University. She earned a Masters’ Degree from California State University, San Jose with specialization in Language and Literacy. She was actively involved in Milpitas Unified School District staff development department developing integrated literature units and math, English language arts and technology implementation. During her teaching experience, she focused on being a staff development presenter, mentoring new and veteran teachers in the BTSA and PAR programs as well as a master teacher for pre-service student candidates. Cynthia lives in Milpitas and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys antiquing with her husband as well as going on cruises. She is an avid reader, so you might find her curled up in her favorite chair reading a book.
