  • Programs Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in STEM

    Ricardo Padilla, Jr. has a B.A. in Psychology from Cal State East Bay. Mr. Padilla joined the School of Engineering (SoE) in 2019 and is now the Programs Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in STEM. Serving as the Chair for the Engineering Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Council, he oversees the “Walking the Walk Together” panel discussion series. Click above to continue reading.

    Dr. Shoba Krishnan is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University and has been part of the Electrical Engineering faculty since 1999. She received her B. Tech. degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, in 1987 and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Michigan State University, East Lansing, in 1990 and 1993 respectively.     Dr. Bob Schaffer earned his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from George Mason University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
