Grey Water System (ENGR 110, Fall 2019)

Students: An Mai, Justin Wong, Martin Duran

Community Partner: California Native Garden Foundation

The California Native Garden Foundation needed an educational tool for use of all ages in the Silicon Valley to teach about reusable water systems and plant habitats to reinforce methods that combat the effects of climate change and promote sustainability. Students help install a greywater system in the California Native Garden to provide recycled water for the newly planted habitat. With the purpose to help the local population of Santa Clara learn more about sustainability and methods to reuse water.
