The students looked to improve the inefficient and unstable energy bike at the SCU Center for Sustainability to eventually use the bike to power a concert and use it for educational purposes in local schools.

The students looked to improve the inefficient and unstable energy bike at the SCU Center for Sustainability to eventually use the bike to power a concert and use it for educational purposes in local schools. The design uses the flip flop wheel, which is utilized to connect the gearbox to a battery, where then the generated electricity is stored.
