Cal Grant GPA Verification Form
California Residents: Complete the Cal Grant GPA Verification Form along with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be considered for the Cal Grant program.
- Transfer students must have the form completed and postmarked by March 2
NOTE: If you were a Cal Grant recipient at another college, complete the Grant Record Change Form for Students on WebGrants4Students indicating that you will be attending Santa Clara University.
