Parent Giving Operations Manager

The Development Office of University Relations seeks outstanding candidates for the position of Parent Giving Operations Manager, a vital role for the Parent Giving Program and the University’s overall fundraising success. The Parent Giving Program plays a critical role in Santa Clara University’s efforts to secure resources for its strategic funding priorities and deepen its relationships with parents. One of the cornerstones of the program is a Parent & Family Leadership Council, a philanthropic society of parents, grandparents, and other family members of Santa Clara students who serve as volunteers and ambassadors to the University. Through the Council, parents participate in meaningful opportunities to enrich their Santa Clara experience and promote philanthropic commitments to the University.

Assistant Director

The Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of the new student freshman and transfer undergraduate population by educating prospective students, families and high school counselors about Santa Clara University and the admission process. This position will be part of the Undergraduate Admission team specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the department in addition to covering a specified domestic territory.

Assistant Director, Law Financial Aid

The Assistant Director, Law Financial Aid, reports to the Assistant Dean, Law Admissions and Financial Aid. The Assistant Director assists in and is responsible for the coordination and review of financial aid applications, packaging and awarding of aid, and the proper distribution of institutional, federal, and private funds. This position is responsible for providing admissions and financial aid counseling to prospective, entering, and continuing students. This position will coordinate the awarding of School of Law scholarships and review applications for admission. This position will represent the School of Law at recruiting events. The Assistant Director will provide training to other members of the Law Admissions and Financial Aid Office in the area of financial aid. This position will work with other offices in the University to coordinate the delivery of quality service to School of Law students.
