Thiadora champions a relational approach to learning and fosters a sense of belonging for all students. She earned the ABA's Gambrell Professionalism Award for developing the curriculum for the first-year Critical Lawyering Skills Seminar, which she also directs. Her teaching extends to Torts, Advanced Torts, and an introductory law course for first-generation undergraduate students. As a Faculty Associate, Thiadora is eager to explore and implement science-focused pedagogical methods.
