Bajaj, Aditi
Aditi Bajaj is a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at Santa Clara University, where she has taught since 2019. Her work focuses on new product marketing, digital marketing, and consumer behavior, with a particular interest in how design and branding shape the way people see products and companies. Her research includes “Beyond Beauty: Design Symmetry and Brand Personality,” published in the Journal of Consumer Psychology.
At Santa Clara, Bajaj teaches data-driven, digital, and new product marketing, and she leads marketing workshops for startups in the Bronco Venture Accelerator. She believes the best part of teaching is learning from the students in her classroom.
Her industry experience spans startups, agencies, and consulting for Fortune 500 clients. She co-founded Tazzho, an online marketplace connecting home chefs with customers, and served as its Chief Marketing Officer, designing and executing its go-to-market strategy. She was previously Senior Director of Marketing Science at Greenberg Strategy, where she led a team of analysts on research guiding advertising, product design, pricing, and customer segmentation decisions. As an Insights Manager at Landor Associates, she assessed brand health for clients in consumer goods, food and beverage, financial services, and technology.
Bajaj earned her Ph.D. in Marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she enjoys theater and is an aspiring writer.
