Geetha Dholakia received her PhD in Physics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India in 1999. Her current research interests are in the areas of electronic transport in the nanoscale, soft condensed matter and nanomaterials synthesis. Apart from a research background at the interface of EE, Physics and Materials Science, she also has extensive experience in systems engineering and instrumentation for scanning microscopy, miniaturization of instruments for NASA on-board planetary missions and design of Nanosatellites.
