Internship Spotlight 1: Cartier Women’s Initiative – Data-Driven Insights for Global Equity
As a Data Analyst Intern, Dishant worked with the Cartier Women’s Initiative to support women entrepreneurs worldwide:
- Created country briefs that mapped entrepreneurship ecosystems with a gender equity lens.
- Analyzed 10+ global datasets, including the Global Gender Gap Index, SDG Index, GEM Survey, and World Bank indicators.
- Developed a Python automation pipeline to clean and standardize data, streamlining updates and reducing manual effort.
- Delivered briefs with narrative insights, summary tables, and citations now used by Cartier and the Miller Center to inform strategic decisions.

Internship Spotlight 2: ONergy Solar – Automating for Efficiency and Scale
At ONergy Solar in India, Dishant applied his coding skills to solve a critical business challenge:
- Built a Google Apps Script tool that automated quotation generation and email delivery.
- Enabled the sales team to send hundreds of personalized PDFs with a single click.
- Added user-friendly features like error handling, custom buttons, and duplicate email detection.
- Conducted market research to identify underserved regions with solar potential.
