Mentoring Underrepresented Students (MUSE)

MUSE is mentoring, career counseling, corporate tours, and much more....

MUSE is a mentoring program in which students are able to interact with local industry engineers.  In some cases, students are matched one-on-one with these mentors for the academic year; in other cases, students and mentors meet informally during MUSE program receptions and events.  These interactions provide students with an opportunity to gain insight from someone who has been an engineering student and who now works professionally in the engineering field.

The program is open to all students, and it is specifically designed to enhance student success in engineering with a special focus on addressing the challenges faced by students with backgrounds and heritages that are traditionally underrepresented in engineering fields.
