What are the dates of the 2018 Grand Reunion weekend?

The 2018 Grand Reunion weekend begins on Thursday, October 11 and ends on Sunday, October 14.

How can I make sure I don't miss any information related to Grand Reunion?

The Grand Reunion website contains everything you'll need to know about this special weekend, so make it your first destination for the most up-to-date reunion information. You can also make sure that you receive all mailed announcements and emails by updating your contact information. Help us keep you in the loop!

How do I RSVP?

Registration for the weekend will begin in late July 2018. You will be able to register online via this website, calling the Alumni Office at 408-554-6800, or by returning the response card received in your mailed invitation.

How much does it cost to attend Grand Reunion?

The majority of the events scheduled during the weekend are free to attend. Prices for paid events will be made available via the mailed invitation as well as the online schedule, which will be available in late July.

Do I have to be celebrating a milestone year to attend Grand Reunion?

No, you don't! While Grand Reunion is a wonderful opportunity for those classes ending in a 3 or 8 to come back and reconnect, it is a weekend full of chances for all Broncos to return to Santa Clara and remember how special this campus truly is.

Is Grand Reunion family-friendly?

It most certainly is! Saturday is an especially good time for kids to be on campus enjoying the fun events such as the Alumni Family Picnic, Family Day at de Saisset Museum, and the Bronco 5K Fun Run/Walk. 

Can I request special meals because of dietary restrictions?

Yes; please indicate any dietary restrictions on your rsvp card or during the online registration process. We will send all requests to the catering department. Please check in with event staff prior to your meal(s) to ensure that your request(s) are accommodated.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my RSVP?

We sincerely hope that does not happen, but if it does, please call the Alumni Office at 408-554-6800 by Friday, September 28 so we can process your cancellation. Refunds will not be given after Friday, September 28 due to catering commitments.

Where do I check in for reunion activities?

Visit your home on campus, Donohoe Alumni House, to find check in headquarters for the weekend. Here you can pick up your name tag, grab a weekend schedule & map, and enjoy some light refreshments. Check in will be open the following days and times:

Thursday, Oct. 11, 2 - 5 p.m.

Friday, Oct. 12, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 13, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m


Do I need a ticket to enter an event?

Upon checking in at an event, showing your name tag will grant you admission. This is valid for all events except the Block Party. If you check in at an event that you did not register for, you have the option of purchasing admission at that time. 


How should I dress for Grand Reunion Weekend activities?

Casual dress for any of the weekend activities with the exception of the class dinners on Friday and Saturday- please dress in cocktail/business attire for these events.


Where can I park?

You can park on campus in the Main Parking Structure or the North Campus Garage. There will be golf carts available at the parking areas for those who need shuttling to events on campus.


How can I find a friend or classmate?

When you arrive to the Donohoe Alumni House for check in, registration lists for each event will be available for you to see if your friends or classmates have checked in, and if they will be joining you at any of the events for the weekend.
