Eataly is an Italian marketplaces comprising a variety of restaurants, food and beverage counters, bakery, and retail items. Alumni like Frankie Bastone '15, MBA '22 contribute to this wonderful market. Eataly will be be bringing homemade meatballs, homemade focaccia and pomodoro sauce so don't miss out!

The Fortino family, the proud owners of Fortino Winery, have been growing, crushing, fermenting, aging, bottling, and labeling their own wines for 30+ years.

Founded by Richard Passalacqua '83, JD '86, Victoria (Guerra) Passalacqua '84, and family, GiaDomella produces premium wines  sourced directly from the E Passalacqua Family Estate Vineyard which has been in the family since the late 1890’s. 

The founder Woodson "Quinn" Hobbs SCU 09' handcrafts the best natural wines sourced from organic and dry-farmed vineyards.

Founded and owned by the Nicholson family (SCU alumni), Nicholson Vineyards is known for their estate Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and specialty wines from Santa Cruz county. At Vintage 2023, they will be bringing 2021 Estate Chardonnay, 2022 Rose' of Grenache, 2021 Brooks Block Pinot Noir and 2021 Old Vine Zinfandel. 

Nothing Bundt Cakes San Jose - Willow Glen

Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded with the goal of taking a modern spin on a classic treat! They also offer a wide selection of retail items, including party supplies, décor, and gifts.

Nox Cookie Bar was founded by Nathan Pendleton '85, MBA '89.

OCHO Candy was founded by Denis Ring '78 in 2010. With the goal to add no preservatives, additives or artificial flavors, Ring was able to craft delicious, healthy alternatives to traditional candy bars. These organic, vegan and Fair Trade chocolate candy bars are the perfect sweet treat! They will be providing their signature coconut mini chocolates at Vintage 2023!

Owned by the O'Flaherty Family (SCU Alumni), the O'Flaherty's Irish pub was founded in 2002 dedicated to welcoming every guest with Irish hospitality, because at O'Flaherty's, “You're a stranger here but once."

Reddy Vineyards was founded in 1997 by Dr. Vijay Reddy whose vast expertise in both soil chemistry and farming led to a gold medal-winning Cabernet Sauvignon.

S27 Alehouse has the goal of exploring all variations of beer rather than following the trends. With unique flavors like strawberry milkshake smash, S27 Alehouse urges new tastes and experiences. Rob (’86) and Diana (’88) Jensen, founders of Testarossa Winery, met while studying electrical engineering. Testarossa Winery is a producer of premier California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay situated in a wonderful, forested area near downtown Los Gatos.

Established in 1982, originally as a part of Florentine Restaurants, The Pasta Market continues to bring our old world family recipes to your table. Alumni like Robert '85, Julia '84 contribute to this wonderful market. At Vintage 2023, The Pasta Market is bringing breadsticks and cheese spread!

The Trumer Brewery in Berkeley was established in 2004 as a sister brewery to the centuries-old Trumer Brauerei in Salzburg, Austria. Mark Mattson '08, the Administrative & Facilities Manger, notes Trumer Pil's speciality of combining the heritage of European brewing with the energy and passion of American craft brewing in Berkeley. Trumer Pils gives craft beer drinkers in the U.S. the chance to enjoy a fresh and classic German-Style Pilsner every day. 

The Vidovich family has been in agriculture in the Silicon Valley for four generations – back when the Peninsula was mostly orchards. SCU alumni are very prevalent within it such as owner John Vidovich '77 and GM Kevin Sawyer '78
