Hobbies/Interests: Travel, camping, playing the Ukulele, home brewing, going to the beach. Fun Fact: I have a twin sister.
Biography: I have been working in higher education admissions (20+ years)leading and coaching groups to collectively construct operational systems that deliver on strategic objectives. My background in admissions/enrollment provides the expertise in building, leading, and collaborating with different leaders among the collegiate ecosystem to assist in cultivating a successful admissions strategy and objectives. I enjoy providing a strong operational vision and strategy in developing a high-performing team and culture. I can identify systematic issues and provide solutions by managing projects with multiple priorities, requiring new strategies, and teamwork. I have a proven track record of delivering superior results during periods of organizational change including fast growth, software implementation, and structural realignments.
Advice for Undergraduate Students: "Build your community and network. Work hard, but remember to have fun and experience as much as you can."
