Schab, Kurt

Biography

Kurt Schab is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering. He joined the SCU faculty in September 2018. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering and physics from Portland State University, Portland, OR in 2011, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2013 and 2016, respectively. From 2016 to 2018 he was an Intelligence Community Postdoctoral Research Scholar at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. His research focuses on the intersection of numerical methods, electromagnetic theory, and antenna design.
