Guadalupe River Park Conservancy

Students worked on developing a design for an ADA-compliant wheelchair ramp that would enable students and visitors in wheelchairs to gain access to the edge of the Guadalupe River.  Students enrolled in the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy (GRPC) after-school program sometimes go to the river to observe or take samples from the river. Students (or other visitors) who use wheelchairs must be carried down to the river in order to participate; the ramp would provide additional mobility.
