About Zara Shroff

Zara Shroff '25 graduated from SCU with a degree in communication and a minor in public health. Shroff's academic journey was shaped by a passion for understanding how ethics plays into the shifting AI and creative landscape and AI's evolving role in creative endeavors. Through qualitative research and engagement with industry professionals and creatives, Shroff created, "Before you Prompt," a reimagined version of the Markkula Center's “Framework for Ethical Decision Making” that provides guidelines and insights into how different ethical lenses can inform one's use of AI in the creative process.
