3 Tips for Writing a Code of Ethics for Your Business

Involving employees in writing the code of ethics also demonstrates that the company trusts employees to make ethical decisions, Skeet points out.

First and foremost, Skeet says, your code promotes the wellbeing of customers, employees and society.
