Could you tell us a bit about yourself and your background?
I am passionate about leaving people better then when I found them. I love learning about people which lead me to get a BA in Sociology at UC Irvine and a MS in Educational Psychology with a concentration in college student development.

How has your experience at SCU been so far?
I am in my fifth year at SCU. I had the privilege of being the Area Coordinator of the University Villas and Nobili which allowed me to live with students and see them in their natural habitat. Once a Bronco, Always a Bronco isn't just a saying but something I have seen in the alumni community when I worked in the Alumni Relation.

What plans do you have for developing Academic Advising?
My plans are to really understand the student experience and think of creative and innovative ways to help our students from the moment they are admitted to when they walk across the stage.

Do you have any advice for students trying to make the most out of their time at SCU?
You are all smart and moving really fast. You also can be kind at the same time.

If students were interested in getting involved with Academic Advising, how would they do so?
We have so many resources for each student. Check out our website for resources and how to get involved!
