Important Dates
The contracted period for students enrolled in the school of law ends Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 9:00PM.
The contracted period for students enrolled in a graduate program ends Monday, June 30, 2025 at 9:00PM
Students are not able to leave ANY personal items in their space beyond move-out, including those returning to the same space for Fall 2025.
Summer Bridge
To remain in your space beyond the above-mentioned times, residents must have a confirmed 2025-2026 University Graduate Housing Contract and must have completed an application for Summer 2025 with a confirmed summer assignment.
Bar Extension
Students enrolled in the School of Law who are taking the California Bar examination are able to complete an application for Summer 2025 without having a 2025-2026 contract. This extension ends Friday, August 1, 2025, at 9:00 PM.
