Welcome Weekend is where SCU welcomes all incoming first year students to campus. To make this day memorable and smooth for first years and their families, we ask for volunteers to assist with staffing, move in and more! If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form.

Sophomore, Juniors and Seniors who submit their housing application on time go through a process called Room Selection where they receive a date and time in which they are able to select their housing for the following academic year. Residence Halls Close December 8th, 2023 at 9:00pm. Students may leave their belongings in their space for the campus closure. For more detailed information on winter break please click into the Winter Break Page.

For both Winter Break and Spring, end of year move out, housing offers a small extension for students who may live far from campus and or those who have a final on the day of move out. To request an extension, please fill out the corresponding form.
