Three seating configurations for Forbes are available: standard, square, and theater style.
Set up requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of your event. On a few occasions, we might be unable to fulfill your set-up requests due to pre-existing requests and room/staff limitations—we will inform you of such as soon as possible.
