Our Services

Below you will find information on the services the Dukes Business Service Center provides.

Dukes representatives are available to help faculty with copy needs throughout their shift.  We encourage you to submit copies with enough advance timing, but will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.  Copy Requests Forms should be submitted with each copy job. Download Copy Request Form here

Faculty may send print jobs to the copiers in the Dukes Business Service Center.  To learn more, please click here.

Students may send print jobs to the Smart Print Printer.  Instructions for how to print directly to that printer are located at the Dukes Business Service Desk.  NOTE: As with all technology, sometimes the printer malfunctions and repairs are not always feasible on the same day.  Students at Dukes are not allowed to print student jobs from their PC.  If the Smart Print printer is down, students must go to the University Library to print their document.

Faculty, staff, students, and visitors can drop off items for others to pick up. Those picking up items can retrieve them during the Center's regular business hours. The DBCS also has a drop box where individuals can leave items after hours. All items dropped off during after-hours will be delivered the next working day.

Items lost and found in Lucas Hall can be dropped off and claimed at the Dukes Business Service Center.

Pick up pencils, bluebooks, and other basic supplies in an emergency. Quantities are limited and supply is not guaranteed. You may refer to the Supply List for pricing.

Staff can help you reserve a room in Lucas Hall for your organization's meeting. To find out what you can reserve, please refer to the Room Reservations Page
