SCU Sports Business is a student-run organization that promotes students who are interested in exploring the intersection of business with the entertainment in the sports industry.
I decided to join Sports Business to be a part of a community that promotes learning about the business side of the sports industry. Hosting networking events with prominent leaders in the sports industry and learning from their advice has helped me understand how to enter the industry. Lastly, my favorite part of the club is being able to attend sports games with other members of the club.
I really enjoy planning and hosting events for our club such as going to sports games or hearing from leaders from sports teams and agencies. I also enjoy the passion my board members have for a wide range of sports. Lastly, I admire that the club is open to members from any major to learn more about the business side of sports.
