ISN is an organization run by driven Broncos within the ISA department that works to support Broncos within the ISA department in further growing their academic knowledge and professional network.
I joined ISN in my first year because, while I knew I wanted to major in MIS, I wasn’t completely sure of what I wanted to do professionally. I wanted to meet others, from underclassmen to upperclassmen, who I could connect with and talk to about professional and academic matters, especially those regarding the SCU ISA department.
Helping lead this club has been fulfilling because of how we are able to give back to and guide the current and future generations of Broncos. Connecting students with professional opportunities and helping them explore potential paths for their careers is a rewarding experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. It’s also been an amazing experience making friends with fellow ISA students along the way, and has made leading the club one of my favorite aspects about my time here at SCU.
