Latino Business Foundation Celebrates Graduates—Univision Highlights Event and MOBI on the Evening News
On April 24, MOBI partner Latino Business Foundation Silicon Valley (LBFSV) held a graduation ceremony for students completing its Latino Business Academy courses. Approximately 70 students received their Certificates of Completion from MOBI and Santa Clara University.
Several community representatives attended and the event including guest speakers Peter Ortiz, Councilmember, District 5, City of San Jose; Raquel Gonzalez, President Bank of America Silicon Valley; Jill Martin, Director, Operations and Communications, MOBI; Annasofia Zuleta, MOBI Operations and Communications Manager; and Marilyn Utz, MOBI Manager of Programs and Learning Technology.
