Alessandro received a B.A. in Psychology from San Jose State University. Using an integrative approach, Alessandro has worked with immigrant populations in the high school setting, providing intervention services that include Mental health and Academic support. He has also worked in Juvenile Corrections with at-risk youth, providing support in learning objectives and small-group assistance to develop coping strategies to meet social and emotional development goals.
Drawing from these experiences, Alessandro has devoted the subsequent years to working with learning disorders, the autistic spectrum, and emotional dysregulation as a behavior therapist in a K-8 school district. With 5+ years of experience serving children and youth, Alessandro believes committing time to bridge programs and understanding family systems is fundamental to achieving a lasting impact on an well-being.


Alessandro is a native Spanish speaker, passionate about serving underrepresented populations and providing bilingual services to families. He takes a holistic approach to therapy that incorporates strengths from different treatment modalities, focusing on fostering an authentic therapeutic alliance to meet the client's unique needs.
