GRADUATE CLASS OF 2023-2024
The Commencement Ceremony will take place on Saturday June 15, 2023. Students who graduated in Summer and Fall 2023, Winter 2024 and petitioned to graduate for Spring 2024 are eligible to attend the Commencement Ceremony.
Eligibility to participate in the June commencement ceremony will be based on the completion of all requirements by the end of the spring quarter. If you still have units or a thesis to complete after the spring quarter, participation in the ceremony will be delayed until the following June.
You must add your diploma name and address in WORKDAY. Your diploma name is used to order your diploma and for the Commencement book. Diploma Name and Address (Please note: You will receive your diploma approx. 3 months after your graduation date.)
PLEASE LOG INTO WORKDAY TO SUBMIT A PROGRAM COMPLETION REQUEST. Please use the following dates for your expected completion date
- Spring 2024- JUNE 13, 2024
SPRING 2024 PROGRAM COMPLETION REQUESTS ARE DUE BY FEBRUARY 24, 2024. YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE CONFIRMING YOUR PROGRAM COMPLETION WAS RECEIVED WITH A DUE DATE OF YOUR FINAL PROGRAM OF STUDY
Congratulations on having attained your hard-earned academic goals! You should be very proud of your accomplishments and ready to enjoy all of the celebrations associated with your graduation. In order to graduate you must be enrolled in at least 1 unit for the quarter you are submitting your petition for. Also, you must have a minimum of 46 units with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
