The Thesis Publication Agreement Form has been updated and revised. The form no longer requires the Dean's signature. Below is the link for Graduate Thesis Guidelines which includes the Graduate Thesis Publication agreement. Once your thesis is complete please work with your major department to submit the publication agreement.
