Denise Melone

Managing Director, Havas San Francisco

Denise Melone graduated from Santa Clara University in 2006 with a BSC in Marketing. She has worked in healthcare advertising for over 15 years, with experience in both client management and strategic development across the board in multiple disease areas in both the patient and healthcare provider spaces.

Denise Melone ’06 has worked in the healthcare advertising space for over 15 years. She has experience across the board in multiple disease areas in both the patient and healthcare provider spaces, including neurology, rare disease, autoimmune, oncology, women’s health, hypertension, and gastroenterology. Her client experience includes working with Pfizer, Wyeth, Novartis, Amgen, AbbVie, AstraZeneca, Genentech, Bayer, BioMarin, and other smaller biotech firms. Her passion has been in bringing products to market, and she has launched at least 10 medications both globally and in the US. She also has worked in the CPG space, specifically with SC Johnson, working to revitalize their flagship brand Windex as well as launching the health-focused Sambazon brand, introducing acai to the world and its amazing health benefits. 

Melone graduated from Santa Clara University in 2006 with a BSC in Marketing. While she is originally from southern California, her advertising career has taken her to New York, Berlin, and Chicago, and she is happy to have been back home in California for the past 8 years, living in San Francisco. She loves UCLA football, equestrian activities, tennis and being Irish.
