Nancy W. Reynolds

Retired Principal, Investcorp

Nancy W. Reynolds retired as a Principal in Investcorp’s Technology Investment Group where she served as the CFO and Investor Relations Coordinator. She also serves on the Kent Place Board of Trustees and acts as the Board Liaison to the Ethics Institute at Kent Place School (“EIKPS”), a first-of-its-kind institute at the primary and secondary school level. Nancy has served on EIKPS’s Strategic Planning Committee and has developed a strong interest in advancing the process and practice of ethical decision-making.

Nancy W. Reynolds retired as a Principal in Investcorp’s Technology Investment Group where she served as the CFO and Investor Relations Coordinator. She began her 20-year tenure at Investcorp, a global alternative investment manager, as the Financial Controller for its growing New York office. In 2000, she joined the Technology Investment team, at its inception, to manage all financial activity, operations and reporting. Nancy helped the group reach $1 billion in accumulated assets under management with its $500MM closing of Investcorp Technology Partners III, L.P. in 2008. Earlier in her career, Nancy worked in finance and accounting at International Paper Company and Salomon Brothers.

After retiring, Nancy became an active community volunteer in her town and with the Kent Place School, an independent all-girls K-12 college preparatory day school in Summit, NJ. She held various leadership positions in its Parents’ Association, including serving as president from July 2014 to June 2015. Nancy joined the Kent Place Board of Trustees in 2017, currently serving as Audit Committee Chair and a member of the Finance and Executive Committees. In addition, she acts as the Board Liaison to the Ethics Institute at Kent Place School (“EIKPS”), a first-of-its-kind institute at the primary and secondary school level. Nancy has served on EIKPS’s Strategic Planning Committee and has developed a strong interest in advancing the process and practice of ethical decision-making.

Nancy received her B.S. in accounting from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.  She and her husband John have two daughters: Bridget, Santa Clara University Class of 2020, and Madeline, Boston College Class of 2020.
