To request a cancellation of your current housing contract you must either be withdrawing from the University, studying abroad, or graduating early. If you meet one of these criteria for canceling housing, please submit a Contract Cancellation Request online through eCampus in your housing portal. Once your online request form is received and processed, you will receive an email with your next steps. For Fall 2023 Quarter Cancellations: If a cancellation notice is received by May 1, for the Fall 2023 Quarter, the deposit is refundable.
A cancellation notice received May 2 - June 30 will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus $500 of the Fall Quarter's contract value charged to your Bursar Account.
A cancellation notice received July 1 - July 31 will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus $700 of the Fall Quarter’s contract value charged to your Bursar Account.
A cancellation notice received August 1 - September 15 will result in the forfeiture of the deposit plus $1000 of the Fall Quarter's contract value charged to your Bursar Account.
For Fall 2023 Quarter Cancellations: If a cancellation notice is received by May 1, for the Fall 2023 Quarter, the deposit is refundable.
If notice of cancellation is received May 2 - May 31, you will forfeit $100 of the deposit
If notice of cancellation is received June 1 - June 30, you will forfeit $200 of the deposit
If notice of cancellation is received July 1 - July 31, you will forfeit $300 of deposit.
If notice of cancellation is received on or after August 1, you will forfeit the full $500 deposit.
