Request a Room Change?

To request a room change you will need to complete and submit an on-line Room Change Request Form through eCampus by the listed dates. 

Fall Quarter: Beginning on Monday, October 2, 2017, completed forms may be submitted to the Housing Office. Completed web forms are due on Monday, October 9, 2017. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00PM on Friday, October 13, 2017.

Winter Quarter: Beginning on Monday, January 8, 2018, completed forms may be submitted to the Housing Office. Completed web forms are due on Monday, January 15, 2018. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00PM on Friday, January 19, 2018.

Spring Quarter: Beginning on Monday, April 2, 2018, completed forms may be submitted to the Housing Office. Completed web forms are due on Monday, April 9, 2018. Room change decisions will be available after 1:00PM on Monday, April 16, 2018.

The Room Change Request process is completed entirely on-line via eCampus. If you wish to request a room change, you should plan to discuss your desire to request a room change with the Resident Director or Area Coordinator of your building prior to submitting a room change request. Outside of the room change request periods, you must work directly with your Resident Director or Area Coordinator to request a room change.
