Occupancy: 1 graduate/law student plus spouse within each apartment

 

The Lafayette Apartments are located one-block from campus and provide one-bedroom, one-bathroom living accommodations for married students. The apartments are fully furnished and parking is included in the required 10-month contract. Additionally. water, electricity, and waste & recycling removal are all included in the rental rate. Cable and Internet are NOT included.

 

At this time, Santa Clara University is unable to provide family housing.
