The Park Avenue Apartments are located in a residential neighborhood just one block from the south end of campus, off of Park Avenue. This garden complex consists of 20 two-story, two bedroom, one bath townhouses. Two students are assigned to each townhouse; each student is assigned an individual room. The townhouses are fully furnished and have more than 900 square feet of living space with a small front entrance private patio. The complex features a coin operated laundry facility, on-site parking and a comfortable community atmosphere. The ground floor living room and both upstairs bedrooms are wired for cable television and data networking. All utilities, cable television and access to the university’s high-speed network services are included in the lease and is billed per academic term.
