As with many organizations across the nation, in order to deal with this year’s unprecedented difficulties, we relied on our financial reserves to offset unexpected gaps between revenue and expenses and to maintain a balanced budget. In 2021, having already used those reserves, we will not have the ability to offset our operational costs in this manner.

While past fundraising efforts have helped launch and maintain our varied programs, such efforts are insufficient to support and continue their growth. We will be looking for help from generous individuals and organizations who share our vision and passion for the Center’s mission in order to sustain the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics in the future.

Now more than ever, we must rise to the challenge. Please consider making an investment in the Ethics Center today.
