Who We Are
We are the IDEAS Coalition. IDEAS stands for Inclusion and Diversity in Engineering And STEM. We are a group of Santa Clara University student-led organizations in STEM whose membership consists of underrepresented or minority students.
Our Mission
The IDEAS Coalition’s purpose is twofold: to build community and collaboration between the members of IDEAS Coalition organizations as well as to advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives in STEM at SCU.
Our Vision
We believe that our job is not done until every student has equitable access to the resources and opportunities needed to succeed in STEM at SCU.
