The University's Discrimination, Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy is published online and incorporated as Appendix F in the Faculty Handbook and Policy 311 in the Staff Policy Manual.
Additional state protections for students were implemented on January 1, 2022. Senate Bill 493 makes university faculty members mandated reporters of incidents of sexual misconduct reported to them by students, regardless of when or where the incident occurred.
