Faculty Director
Dr. Laura Doyle is a lecturer in Civil, Environmental and Sustainable Engineering in the School of Engineering, as well as Director of the Frugal Innovation Hub. She creates and executes program strategy for FIH, and guides student projects to successful outcomes with clients.

Allan focuses on the development of FIH signature programs with university, corporate and social enterprise partners to create opportunities for faculty and students to engage in the development and implementation of humanitarian technology solutions.

Tanmay is a current Computer Science graduate student. He has always been passionate about giving back to the community through his work and enjoys contributing to humanitarian projects at the Frugal Innovation Hub. He primarily assists in software project development, deployment, and management.

Shashi is a researcher pursuing Ph.D. in Computer Engineering under the guidance of Prof. Silvia Figuiera. Current focus area is on Digital Transformation in Low Resource Areas. Passionate about improving customer experience. Currently, heading the New Product Introduction unit in Software AG to give extraordinary experience to early adopters of new products and working towards product & service maturity.
Product Manager
Mahsa is passionate about making a positive social impact through innovative solutions at FIH. She guides student projects, ensuring their success with clients. Currently, she leads a project in collaboration with Sayap Africa, focusing on the development of medical appointment booking applications to benefit the citizens of Senegal.
