Forge Garden Zucchini Crostini

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchinis or summer squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • A handful of herbs from the garden such as chives, dill, basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 baggett

Preparation

  • Using a vegetable peeler, cut the zucchini lengthwise.
  • Mix the zucchini with the olive oil, lemon, herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Slice the baguette into rounds and toast in the oven till warm. Top the baguette with the zucchini mixture. Enjoy!
