Forge Garden Zucchini Crostini
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis or summer squash
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lemon
- A handful of herbs from the garden such as chives, dill, basil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 baggett
Preparation
- Using a vegetable peeler, cut the zucchini lengthwise.
- Mix the zucchini with the olive oil, lemon, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Slice the baguette into rounds and toast in the oven till warm. Top the baguette with the zucchini mixture. Enjoy!
