Three Berry Jam

Three Berry Jam Recipe - Alexandria Perez

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of a three berry mix (any fruit is good!)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • 2 tbsp honey (any sweetener can be used)

Directions:

  1. Mash berries with lemon juice in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then simmer just until the berries have softened.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the sweetener and chia seeds. Let stand for 10 minutes or so until the chia has swelled and thickened the berry mixture.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze in air-tight containers.
