We want your experience with SmartPrint to be pleasant. Please report any malfunctions or anomalies of the SmartPrint system to the Technology Help Desk, located on the first floor of the Library / Learning Commons.
If your print job did not print correctly, bring the print outs to the Technology Help Desk and explain the issue. They will try to rectify the issue and attempt to reprint your job at no cost. Reprinting your job will most likely be faster and easier than getting a refund. If you need a refund, the Technology Help Desk will help facilitate the refund process.
Note that a refund may take 3-5 days and will involve the Access Office.
