Staff Profiles
Veronica is a higher education sustainability professional, adjunct lecturer, and doctoral student. Through collaborations with campus stakeholders, she strives to equip students with the knowledge and skills to make a sustainable difference in local communities and beyond. She earned a BA in Environmental Engineering from Rice University while interning at the campus sustainability office. She earned an MBA in Sustainability from Bard College during her 3-year tenure as the Sustainability Coordinator at Southwestern University. She is currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Sustainability from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Her research interests include understanding what faculty need to embed applied sustainability learning into their curriculum.
