What do you do in your role at the Center? In my role at the Center, I help connect employees and faculty with applied learning opportunities that address different sustainability challenges at SCU such as Waste Characterizations, Tree Trackers, and Scrape Your Plate. Alongside managing the Applied Learning Project database, I serve as a liaison to the Sustainable Living Undergraduate Research Project (SLURP).

What is your favorite part about being on the team? My favorite part about being on the Center for Sustainability team is knowing that I get to promote a healthier campus by getting others involved in sustainability. Also, working with others who are very passionate about sustainability has helped me create valuable relationships and opportunities.

Other passions, hobbies, fun facts, or anything else you want to share: I absolutely adore hiking, scuba diving, and snowboarding. Some of my favorite hobbies include cooking (especially with Forge produce), reading, listening to music, and spending time with my dogs.
