Import faculty and staff listings and organization contact information from the university phonebook.
Use the Phonebook content type to include your organization's contact information and personnel listings. Just enter the ID for your organization in the content type form.
This content type displays names, titles, and contact information, with the option to include your organization's name and description and individual images.
- Find your organization's ID number.
- Edit your individual phonebook listing
- Get permission to manage your organization by requesting to become a phonebook representative.
Variations
Check "yes" on the option to display images and individual photos will automatically pull from Google accounts. It's also optional to display your organization's name and description by checking a box. Finally, display your entire organization with one ID or specific individuals by adding their email addresses separated by commas.
Basic
