Well-being Expo Wednesday, January 8 4 - 7 p.m.

We are excited to kick off the winter of well-being with the Well-Being Expo in the Malley Center lobby and hallways. We will have a number of campus and off-campus vendors that will help to introduce you to ways to make the new year successful for you. This event will be 4 - 7 p.m. We will be offering a number of great raffle prizes as well. We hope you can stop by.

Mindfulness Meditation & Sleep Hygiene

Campus Ministry and the Wellness Center have collaborated to bring some holistic wellness to our students AND the broader campus community! Located in the Multifaith Sanctuary in St. Josephs Hall, these Mindfulness Meditation and Sleep Hygiene offerings are designed to be inclusive to all people, regardless of where you might dwell on the spectrum of worldviews.

Mindfulness Meditation: (Mondays at 4 p.m. & Wednesdays at Noon) guided meditation that may involve breathing practices, mental imagery,  body and mind awareness, and muscle and body relaxation.

Sleep Hygiene: (Tuesdays at 12:30) A brief overview of the benefits of sleep, detriments of sleep-deprivation, and helpful tips for creating healthy sleep habits, followed by a guided sleep meditation and extended opportunity to rest.

The Center for Student Involvement (CSI)
CSI provides students with a variety of ways to explore leadership opportunities, try new experiences, continue pursuing current interests, gain valuable skills, learn about themselves, and meet others. These opportunities and experiences often contribute to students developing their sense of belonging in college as well as engage their mind, body, and spirit.  For more information about CSI please visit their website by clicking here (and the link is: https://www.scu.edu/csi/ )
