COVID-19 Update: University Canceled Session Camper and CIT Refund Policies

During these challenging times, please know we hope you and your loved ones are safe and well. As this new road unfolds before us, we want to assure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. Our hope is that we will be able to run our Bronco Kids All Sports Camp this summer in some capacity.

The Santa Clara University Administration has decided to cancel all on-campus programs through June 30, 2020. Considering this we canceled Session 1, June 22-26, 2020. Unfortunately, all those who have already registered for Session 1 will be asked to move to a different session, postpone registration to summer 2021, or to request a refund.

Our Camp Refund policies have been amended for those who are registered in a Session that the University has required us to cancel.

COVID-19 University Canceled Session Refund Options include:

  • Transferring to a different Session that is still available
  • Postponement of registration from summer 2020 to summer 2021 (no additional fees to attend summer 2021 should camp rates increase)
  • A full refund for those who wish to cancel registrations. (Due to COVID-19 we have removed all fees traditionally charged for a canceled registration. Our goal is to offer our support to accommodate your family's needs. For those who were refunded minus software fees, an additional refund will follow to return ALL fees paid)
  • Any requests via phone will not be accepted. All requests should be sent to camp@scu.edu
